Nightmare : Giant Scarecrow

Tonight, the toys need you
A bedtime story you play, alone or together.
Coming soon to the App Store
A little boy falls asleep, and in his dream his bedroom becomes a big world to explore. Nightmares have locked his toys in cages.
You become the Adventurer, yo-yo in hand, and set out to free the toys and bring them back to the bedroom. The Sandman tells the story, like a tale read at night.
Nobody gets hurt here: once beaten, nightmares turn into plush toys. And as the toys come home, the bedroom fills up.
« The dark is just light taking a nap. Keep your lantern close. »
The Sandman, in Castle & Night-Light

Every shot comes from the game.
The farm, the dojo, the abyss, the moon base… Each world holds a caged toy and a nightmare to put to sleep. At the very top, the Eagle's Mountain, then the Clock Tower.

After the Eagle's Mountain, a 65-piece model plane leads to the Clock Tower. Each hour has its guardian, and at midnight the old bedside alarm clock wants to ring.

A second player can join at any moment, and their knockouts never end the game.

Toy-throwing matches across 23 arenas, with friends or against bots.

2 to 4 players pass the device around for a series of mini-games.

Karts, pinball, a concert, a barrel ride… Each one hides in its world, with bronze, silver and gold medals to win.

Behind the big top's curtain, the Ninja's secret dojo under the moon: the Grumbles have scattered his shuriken. The Ninja leaps in a ball, glides under his kite and grabs them all, the shining star first, between ballooning Grumbles.

In the dojo courtyard, Grumble cooks toss fruit and veggies into the air: the Samurai slices them with his sword, column by column… without ever touching the water balloons.

In the factory, the Robot zooms down the main avenue on his hoverboard, tossing batteries to broken-down robots and machines… without recharging the Grumbles' dome machines, which spit out Grumbles.

The Grumbles have barricaded themselves in the block castle: the Knight loads his trebuchet. Three cannonballs to knock down towers, walls, confetti barrels and Grumbles.

The Snowkid flies a little snow-copter: landing on ice floes, picking up penguins and bringing them back to the icebreaker.

The Tiered Cake spits out the stolen eggs: the Chicken bounces them on a straw cushion all the way to the nest.

The Mole has dug a bottomless pit under the Great Greenhouse: the Carrot climbs floor by floor, root by root, with the Mole in hot pursuit.

In the middle of Mist Lake, three giant bamboos pierce the clouds: the Panda climbs around them, ledge by ledge, through round doors and rope elevators, up to the tea ceremony at the top.

In Boneanza's Ballroom, the Skeleton fires up the old "Clack-Clack Cadet" pinball: clacking pumpkins, dominoes to knock down, a toy chest and an organ, mission after mission up to King of the Ball.

Behind the Bazaar, the Goblin hops on a barrel and races down the swamp river: stumps, crocodiles, ramps and tricks… and a wave of mud catching up.

On the Garage workbench, the Racer runs three laps in a mini kart against the Robot, the Dino and the Cowboy.

Under the big top in Dust City, the Cowboy pulls out his water pistol on the Grumble bandits in the gallery… and spares his cardboard buddies.

At the foot of the volcano, the Dino sorts the clutch: swap two neighboring treasures to line up three eggs, pine cones, leaves, amber, embers or ammonites… and set off chains before the volcano wakes up.

In the tropical storm, the Toucan flaps between the temple pillars and races toward the sun, gulping mangoes.

Under the mine, the Golem hops from rock to rock across a lava lake, throwing pebbles at the Grumbles.

At the helm of a little galleon, the Pirate fires corks at the icebergs drifting toward the harbor… which break into smaller and smaller pieces.

In a little submarine, the Diver rises from the abyss toward the light, showering the reef creatures with bubbles.

The Void is rising in the Arcane Tower: the Mage leaps from rune wheel to rune wheel, turned into an energy ball with each jump, dodging the nightmares' spiky runes.

In the Neon Rooftops concert hall, the Punk brings the city's music back: three strings, records rolling in on the beat, a crowd to win over.

In its saucer, wrapped in an energy bubble, the Alien gobbles stardust, flees the nightmares' spiral bubbles and becomes the biggest bubble in the sky.

Above the sea of clouds, the Eagle is scared of heights: rather than fly, he crosses the Needles from nest to nest. The nest cannons turn, slide along the cable-car wires, swing at the end of a rope… and shoot him all the way to the big Nest at the summit.
